Meet the Founders
Chris Grace
Chris is focusing on the entertainment programme and is keeping his side of the hub fairly traditional. It will be a great venue for you to watch live music, karaoke, play bingo, pool, snooker, darts and all of the wonderful social activities that have always been known in the more traditional club environment. Sing-alongs and comedy clubs are just a few of the new plans with a family and community atmosphere including function room hire for events, parties, licensed bar and of course not forgetting Chris has his own band Union Square and has years of experience providing entertainment.
Susan Green
Susan has always been motivated to support and do more for the community and with the Inspired Hub, Susan and her team offer a Wealth of Inspiration, Opportunity, Social and Business Networking events for individuals and businesses. What started with Inspired Women, then Inspired by Travel and now with a fantastic modern venue can offer so much more like Inspired Retirement, Inspired Childcare, Young and Inspired, Inspired Fundraising, Inspired Activities, Clubs, Workshops, Café, Supper Clubs, Pop Up Restaurants, The Zen Zone, Rooms and Hall Hire in a relaxed supportive environment.
So Where did MWB Go?
This fantastic building known as The Metropolitan Waterboard Club (MWB) was a members only club for social and sports events for Hampton Community. However, times have changed, with less members using the club and the building no longer being utilised to its full potential, Chris and Susan, both local residents, have joined forces to offer something for everyone.
